Shipping Policy

Refunds


1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy


1. Eligibility Criteria

At Buizz, we stand by the quality of our products. All sales are final, and only exchanges are offered. Exchanges are available only for manufacturing defects.

You can return products purchased from Buizz within the 3-5 days return/exchange period.

2. Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, notify us at contact@buizz.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement of the defective item with a similar product.
